Summary

This article talks about a common topic nowadays, which is the mystery of the cause of breast cancer. We do know that it happens, affects and kills women every day, but we don’t know where does it come from, and this is an important researching for scientists now.

Critical review

In my view, this article is very interesting, due to the fact that women all over the world are concerned about this type of cancer. We never know who is going to suffer from such type of disease, so it is important to verify that there’s no risk. In fact, this is what all women should do, tests and mammograpies to prove there’s no risk of suffering cancer.

The article offers some possible causes of the cancer, but most of them get discard because research shows they’re not the cause. It mentions eating high fat food, electric light as some possible causes, but all of them turn out to be false. Also, scientists have made some research on the places where breast cancer affects most. At first, it seemed that women who lived in the northern hemisphere where more prone to breast cancer than women from Asia and Africa. Why? The answer that once was given is that women from the South didn’t suffer from lights and nocturnal jobs, but statistics have recently shown that nowadays, more or less, there is the same probability to suffer breast cancer everywhere.

Researchers and scientists will have to work hard on cancers. Last years, lots of peope have died because of different types of cancer, and this is something we must stop.
